Technology is as good as you train, use, and leverage it to be.

And I am proud to lead teams that value the Tech for Good, and create meaningful initiatives like Discover’s ENRICH initiative.

ENRICH is a program with a mission to leverage technology in addressing social needs, championing tech based initiatives that provide access to STEM education and resources, and driving change through innovation. The idea for this program was generated from the Business Technology team, with a strong alignment with the enterprise Social Impact strategy that I lead, which seeks to address social determinants impacting financial health and wellness.

Organizations with the most successful social impact and corporate responsibility initiatives are the ones who embed actionable strategies through out their operational business units, with oversight from the enterprise goals. This approach enables and empowers employees to be change makers who do the right thing, lead with action, and underscores the fact that making a lasting positive impact in our communities is every one’s social responsibility, no matter their unique craft and expertise.
